Your pet's photo is uploaded on the product page via the Upload Image button and is required before adding item to cart.

Yes! They don't require being in the same photo either - Floofsy can create magic and merge them together in the same print!

Yes! To ensure you are happy with the portrait, Floofsy will send a digital proof via email for your review before going to print to sign off on the colour, name and placement of the artwork. Each illustration will be based on the supplied photo, any change of mind to resupply a different photo will incur a redesign fee.

For Digital Portraits the turn around is 2-5 business days and your product will be emailed to you. For Portrait Prints we estimate orders to arrive approximately 2 weeks from when we receive your photo. Delivery times may vary from time to time eg. during sale or holiday periods. If you need your order before a certain date please contact me and I'll do my best to assist.
